About Junior Tate Ministries

Christ called me early in life, and at eighteen years old, I accepted His gift of salvation. From that moment on, my heart burned with a desire to serve Him. I began attending a small country church and soon found myself helping the pastor during the week. When he could no longer lead Wednesday night Bible study, he asked me to take his place. I was just twenty—young in years and even younger in the faith—but God used that opportunity to set the course of my life.

As I prepared for each lesson, I discovered that the questions others asked drove me deeper into the Word. In that little church, standing before a handful of believers eager to learn, God began shaping me into the teacher He was calling me to be. That calling has never left me.

Over the years, no matter where life has taken me, Christ has continued to open doors for ministry—whether teaching teens, leading adult Bible studies, or serving as a deacon at Esserville Community Church in Norton, Virginia. In every season, one truth has remained clear: God’s people are called not only to know His Word but to live it out by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

That conviction is at the heart of everything I do today. The Great Commission—Christ’s command to go into all the world and make disciples—is not reserved for pastors or missionaries alone. It’s a charge for every believer. My mission is to help others see that truth and to equip them to live it.

Through Bible teaching, discipleship, and outreach, my goal is simple:

  • To strengthen believers in their faith,

  • To help them understand and apply God’s Word, and

  • To inspire them to take the message of salvation to those who have not yet heard it.

We are living in a time when the Gospel must go forth with urgency and clarity. My heart’s desire is to see lives transformed by the power of Christ—families restored, hearts renewed, and communities awakened to His presence.

If you have never accepted Christ as your personal Savior, that invitation is still open to you. Scripture says, “Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)

You can take that step right now:

Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner in need of Your grace. Please forgive my sins, come into my life, and make me new. I believe You died on the cross for my salvation and rose again so I could have eternal life. Today, I surrender my heart to You and receive You as my Savior and Lord. Amen.

If you prayed that prayer, welcome to the family of God. You’ve begun the greatest journey of your life—a journey of faith, purpose, and eternal hope.

Let’s walk it together as we fulfill the Great Commission: to “Go therefore, and teach all nations.” (Matthew 28:19)
