📖 Scripture (KJV)- James 1:2–3
“My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.”
✨ Reflection
James reminds us of a truth that feels upside-down to the natural mind: trials are not signs of God’s absence—they are tools for our growth. When difficulties come, we often want relief, but God is shaping something deeper within us.
Every test strengthens your endurance. Every hardship develops your character. Every struggle becomes a classroom where faith is refined and spiritual maturity is produced.
We don’t rejoice because of the pain itself—we rejoice because God is using what we face to strengthen us, prepare us, and build a faith that can stand firm.
Today, let this truth anchor you: your trial is not wasted—God is working in it.
🙏 Prayer
Lord, help me face my trials with faith instead of fear. Teach me to see Your purpose even in difficult moments. Strengthen my patience, refine my character, and draw me closer to You through every challenge I face. Let my life bring You glory as You work in me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
